The House

This lodge style house sits up on a knoll overlooking Copper Creek, boasting 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a total living area of 3,344 sq. ft.

4 Generously-Sized Bedrooms

The Master Bedroom is on the main floor with plenty of closet space and an attached bathroom. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms with a shared bathroom. A more private bedroom exists downstairs with it's own bathroom.

4 Full Bathrooms

There is a total of four full-sized bathrooms throughout the house: two on the main floor, and one upstairs and downstairs. The Master Bathroom features double sinks, earth-tone tiling, and an extra-large double shower. The bathroom located on the main floor has an extra-deep tub.

The Living Room

Large vaulted ceilings and glass windows/doors showcase the most gorgeous forest and river setting in the Pacific Northwest.

The oversized river stone fireplace provides a focal point for a natural gathering point for the family.

Wrap-Around Deck

Three sliding glass doors in the living room lead to a wrap-around deck with stunning views of the river, pasture, and forest. The deck is a fantastic space for entertaining or just relaxing in the hammock with the river in view. The sound of the river is distinctly heard from the decks in the summer and fall, and within the house during the spring and winter.

Kitchen and Dining

The kitchen and dining room are combined to allow for a social atmosphere, also boasting a beautiful view of the river and forest.

Entry

The tiled entry is 150 square feet and has six beautiful oak lockers and cabinets, perfect for coats, hats, and book bags. A generous pantry with a sink and tiled dog wash station is offset for cleaning up as you come in.

Walk-Out Basement

This fully finished basement has a walk out from the den and office, with an ample laundry room, bedroom, and full bath. In the den you will find a wood-burning stove with easy access to firewood on the lower covered porch. The office, set up for multiple phone lines, is complete with a large built-in desk and oak shelving and cabinetry. This office was previously used to run a business and even has space for a second assistant's desk.
